Jim Pacifico
Founder

Jim has been in the beauty industry for over 40 years. He began his career in 1970 as a Clairol Salon Consultant selling hair color. In 1980, Jim joined the Zoto's team, servicing the New England area. In 1986, he started with Aveda as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Education. Jim moved to the west coast to work with the Aveda Distributor in 1989 and became the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Ceasar’s Beauty Products in Southern California.

In 1991, Jim moved to Colorado and became the President and CEO of Pacifico’s Beauty Products the exclusive Aveda distributor for Colorado and Wyoming. Jim’s success lead Pacifico’s Beauty Products to acquire a 6 state region; grossing over 18 million in annual sales.

In 2007, Jim merged distribution with Aveda to take on the opportunity to become the Consulting Vice President in the West Coast for Aveda Services, Inc. Merging distribution with Aveda allowed Jim the opportunity to begin owning his own salons. He now owns World Class Salons a group of seven Aveda Concept Salons in Colorado, Utah and California. Jim is also the owner and founder of World Class Financial Services which provides accounting services to over 65 Salons and Spas throughout the Aveda Network.

Jim is dedicated to providing legendary support to the beauty industry, its professionals and customers. His passion is evident in his desire to improve the salon industry one hair dresser at a time.

 

Jessica Mapes
President

Jessica is the President of World Class Salons and has worked in the salon/spa network since August 1996.  She graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Christine Deterding - Anderson
Technical Director

Christine has passionately been involved in the Beauty Industry for over 25 years. Her broad spectrum of opportunities include: Stylist, Instructor, Educational Director, Business & Motivational Speaker, Technical Educator and Aveda Concept Salon Owner.

Christine's quest for continuous knowledge & growth combined with her enthusiasm to study all facets of the industry motivates her commitment to help inspire others to achieve their goals as growing professionals in their career. With dedication and a passion for Aveda, she strives to assist our team in World Class service delivery.

Nicole Rondinelli
Human Resources Manager

Nicole started with Pacifico's Beauty Products in 2004, since then she has spent time working in many different facets of the beauty industry. She began in the education department and then transitioned to a Salon Development Partner; both jobs allowed her to help salons and service providers build their businesses by offering them an extended variety of educational resources. When Pacifico's Beauty Products merged with Aveda Corporation in 2007, Nicole accepted a position as the sales and marketing benefit administrator for the Rocky Mountain region. During this time she worked directly one on one with the salons, helping to create marketing plans to achieve salon growth; as well as analyzing growth patterns in their businesses to help insure continued success.

Nicole feels one common principle is found in all different areas of this industry, which is the key to a company's success lays in the hands of its team members. She is committed to making sure that all of our team members are constantly aware of the value and asset they are to World Class Salons.
